Position Purpose The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with leaders and team members across the Shire and provide leaders with proactive and responsive coaching and advice on all people matters, including the interpretation and application of employment conditions, policies, organisational directives and procedures. Remuneration Package and Location The role will be based from the Shire offices in Kununurra. This is a fulltime maximum term role with a remuneration package up to $145,000 (depending on experience) per annum. included in the package will be a base salary, housing or housing allowance, professional development, location allowance, and relocation reimbursement up to $15,000 and 11% Superannuation.
