About the role As part of the leadership team within our newly formed Sport and Recreation Division, you will take the helm as the Lifeguard Service Manager. Leading operations across 17 Patrolled beaches, 2 heated swimming pools, 6 public swimming pools, and 9 ocean rockpools, you'll spearhead a team of two operations Managers and a team of lifeguards, ensuring a culture of excellence and safety. Your role involves implementing tactical and operational outcomes from Council's strategic plans, overseeing lifeguard operations, fostering stakeholder relationships, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences.
